If you feel your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can also file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or via consumerhelpline.gov.in.
