Vritika Vogue is an Indian fashion brand registered and operating in India. We design, curate, and sell clothing and accessories through our Shopify-powered online store. When you shop with us, you're entering into a direct agreement with us as the seller and merchant of record — not with Shopify or any other third-party platform.

2. Placing an Order

Ordering from us should feel simple and secure. Here's what happens when you click 'Buy':

 

How Your Order Works

Once you add items to your cart and complete checkout, you'll receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms that we've received your order — it doesn't mean the order has been dispatched yet. We officially accept your order when we ship it out and send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item goes out of stock after you've placed your order, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, or if there's a pricing error on our end. In such cases, we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

 

Accuracy of Information

Please make sure your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address are accurate when placing an order. We're not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

 

Product Colours & Descriptions

We do our best to photograph our products accurately, but please keep in mind that colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen's brightness and calibration. Minor variations in colour or texture from what you see on-screen are not considered defects.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). What you see is what you pay — we don't add surprise charges at checkout, except for shipping fees where applicable.

        Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select PIN codes

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

 

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you choose COD, please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner will not be able to give change. COD orders are subject to an additional handling fee, which will be shown clearly at checkout.

 

Price Changes

Prices may change without prior notice, but any change will never affect an order you've already placed and confirmed.

 

4. GST & Taxes

As an Indian business, we are registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework and charge GST on all applicable products as per government regulations.

 

Current GST Rates on Clothing (as of September 2025)

        Apparel priced up to ₹2,500 per piece: 5% GST

        Apparel priced above ₹2,500 per piece: 18% GST

        Tailoring services (if applicable): 5% GST

 

These rates are set by the GST Council and are subject to change. We'll always update our prices to reflect the latest applicable rates. The GST amount is included in the displayed price and will be clearly broken down in your invoice.

 

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you after your order is dispatched. If you need a B2B invoice with your GSTIN, please provide your GSTIN at checkout or email it to us immediately after ordering — we can't amend invoices after 48 hours of order dispatch.

 

5. Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we work hard to make sure it reaches you quickly and safely.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During festive seasons, sales, or peak periods, this may extend to 4–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Delivery Timeframes

        Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

        Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

        Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days

 

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or other unforeseen events are outside our control.

 

Shipping Charges   

        Free shipping on orders above ₹99 (or as mentioned on the website)

        COD orders may carry an additional ₹50 handling fee

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and the courier partner's name. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or through our order tracking page.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive it, the courier will typically make 2–3 attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. For COD orders returned to us due to non-acceptance, a return shipping fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, here's how we'll make it better.

 

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

        The item you received is damaged or defective

        The wrong product or size was delivered

        The product significantly differs from its description on our website

 

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we cannot refuse to accept returns for defective products, delayed deliveries, or products that don't match their listed specifications.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

        Items returned after 7 days of delivery

        Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

        Items without original tags and packaging

        Innerwear, swimwear, or personal care accessories (for hygiene reasons)

        Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

        Gift cards

 

How to Initiate a Return

It's simple — just follow these steps:

        Email us at [your@email.com] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief reason

        Attach clear photos of the product (especially if it's damaged or incorrect)

        Our team will get back to you within 48 business hours with the next steps

        We'll arrange a free reverse pickup for defective/wrong items. For size-related returns (change of mind), return shipping may be borne by you

 

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we'll issue store credit or a full refund — your choice.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. As mandated by Indian e-commerce regulations, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

        UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 3–5 business days

        Credit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)

        COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT) within 7 business days — please share your bank details

        Wallets: 1–3 business days

 

We'll send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. If you don't receive it within the timeframe, please check with your bank before reaching out to us.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries — it happens.

 

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, email us at [your@email.com] or call us with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel it — but you can return it once it arrives.

 

For pre-paid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

We also reserve the right to cancel orders on our end if a product is out of stock, if there's a payment issue, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You'll always be notified and refunded promptly if this happens.

        We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

        We use trusted payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS standards — your financial data is never stored on our servers

        We may send you order-related emails and SMS. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time

        We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

Vritika Vogue's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in dispute. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

 

We are also not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or courier failures (Force Majeure events).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases made from us shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State], India.
